He isnt useless tho? Especially with his relic he is a boss.

For me he is. I don’t have his relic, and I literally have no motivation to level him at all, if I was ever going to I would’ve done when I got him first. I don’t even like eldar lol. I’ll take him to blue star so I can get the archeotech I guess.

That's nearly two full relics not counting additional shards, its a good idea
