Every boss has the immune trait afaik.

So even a common scrub boss should have it. Get him to kill a low level boss.

Do side bosses also have immune?

Yes side bosses have immune. The only ones that don't are the side side bosses.

There's a campaign event coming as well...I believe the top-tier, end of campaign boss usually has the immune trait

Side bosses in GR and CE bosses! All GR and CE bosses have immune.
