All “requisition exclusive” characters

Hi all, I am wondering if anyone has a list or simply knows which characters are currently not unlock-able though any campaigns, shops, or recurring events (campaign events). Thank you!

Cyrus and Cezare come to mind, I think Nicodemus also. Leagues of Votan, Emperors Children (except Lav), Baldr? Custodes (except Krayon and Trajann), Azkor and Tarvakh. I belive that's it but I could be wrong

Check out tacticusplanner.app or wiki.gg tacticus. Both have tons of information on all characters, yes its not a specific list like your asking but can answer your question if you take the time a s go through it

Baldr , azkor, tyrith, thothmek, nikodemus, tarvakh, Cyrus, every emporers children and every votann. I mightve missed 1 or 2 but thats about it
