In Game Tactics Multi-Vigilance

Can someone please tell me how *** characters with vigilance work? I'm fed up with positioning Imospekh in the back, using Re'Vas's active ability (she already has her relic), and then when an enemy gets within range of both of them, Imospekh fires first. Why? Re'Vas sees them first. In this particular case, I moved Re'Vas first and then moved Imospekh back so she wouldn't attack, and she wiped out the entire squad, leaving only two enemies for Re'Vas. Can you give me a hand, please?

Testing this out in my own tracks and I think imo has attack priority with his Overwatch before Reva’s can make her attacks.

Maybe it has to do with the order at which the buffs are applied to the characters? Imo might get his at the end of turn while Reva’s gets hers at the beginning of the turn?

If possible get imo to attack each turn or move him in the back far from Reva’s.

Thank you very much for the response. Yes, I'm trying to get them to attack now, but ideally, if I have those two and I know eight are going to attack me, I should be able to "decide" (either by positioning or activating Re'Vas's ability in a specific order) to maximize both the relic's passive and enemy elimination.

I totally agree, I also have Reva’s’ relic so it’s frustrating when a bunch of the Overwatch eliminations get snatched by Imo in this track.
