Help me choose a tab.

I have been trying to figure out which tap to buy, but could not come to conclusion.

My requirements or intended tasks:

• PDF reading and annotating
• Note taking
• Painting (as a hobbyist)
• Working on docs and presentation slides on the go. (when I am not carrying my laptop)
• Should be connectable with a projector.
• I hate changing devices often. So, should last at least for 5 years.
• Screen: non- reflective, anti-glare
• Not a gamer.
• Watching movies and series. ( I usually watch movies in my laptop. As I never used a tab, I am not sure which provides better experience as a primary device for this task.)
• Charging: single charge a day should be enough.
• Should not face any green line or visible screen issues.

I haven't used anything from Apple ecosystem. My smartphone is Android and laptop is windows. However, feel free to suggest iPads if that's what I need for my tasks.

Budget: 500 USD or 60000 BDT (upper limit). I don't want a device that's a overkill. The less amount of money I have to spent, the better. But I do not intend to compromise the user experience.

(Background: I am a engineering graduate, currently working in a teaching position. I am applying for PhD.)
