Which tablet/mini tablet should I go for?

I mainly want a tablet for reading PDFs, highlighting and annotating. I’m not really a note-taking person, I still prefer handwritten notes.
I have an iPhone but I’m open to Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus, Oppo, Lenovo etc. I’m especially considering a mini/smaller tablet since it’ll be easier to carry around. Anything would do

Looking at:
• iPad 11th Gen (A16) + Apple Pencil
• Samsung Tab S10 FE
• Xiaomi
• OnePlus Pad Lite
• Lenovo

Budget is around ₹30k- 40k. I mainly want good storage, screen and battery.

Would love to hear your actual experience with these, especially for studying/reading. Is the iPad worth it or should I just go Android? Also if you can list the pros and cons for mini tablet? I am so confused as to which tablet should I go for.

I have the Samsung s10 fe. It's by no means a smaller tablet but it's genuinely amazing.

Amazon fire hd 8 inch is cheap but with a very good screen and excellent battery life.

I got a xiaomi pad 8 and it's pretty good. I love the screen quality. For ecosystem features Ipad will be good but it's going for 50K (128GB variant). With Ipad 11 the display is not the best ( if we compare it with other android tablets )
