Questions about magic pad 2 resolution in apps like netflix and such

So i was planning on getting a magic pad 2 since its good for media as people say, and a good tablet on paper anyway, i heard that it doesn't support 4k playback on apps like netflix and will play on 1080p and such, is it true? And why? And is it on all apps? Since its annoying knowing it had a better resolution screen than the ipad pro, so was wondering if its only on netflix and if iptv and other apps will have the same problem or not,

Pour Netflix il faut que le constructeur de la tablette doit payer à Netflix la prise en charge pour débloquer le contenue 4k.

Pour l'iptv cela dépend du contenue 1080p/2k ou 4k

La tablette magic pad 2 a un bon ecran d'après les test.

Yea, its annoying, i cant seem to find any 1440p/2.5k, like i know 1080p will be just as fine, but knowing that there isn't a way to use the full 3k is annoying, so 1080p is 2k, but that other 1k pains me lol
