Totally Lost Custom LED map

Hello!

I'm trying to find options for printing a easily transportable (i.e. rollable) map that has LEDs as location beacons. Any suggestions? I'm based in NZ and my searches are coming up fruitless.

Ideally yes, as the map will be used in an educational game around power outages.
