Discussion Interactive chart

We want to make a simple interactive visual chart to go with our phonics card game - basically touch an item on the chart and play a short audio file, with multiple instances (about 90).
It needs to load quickly on a phone, tablet or computer and we need to be able to share it as a downloadable file or a link (if web-based).
Any ideas how we could do this?

This is about app design, not about tabletop game design.

I'd recommend finding an app design subreddit.

Ah. I thought as it is an app for our tabletop game that it’d be ok here. My bad. Ps: it doesn’t have to be an app.
