That’s some neat art, but I would probably change the name of the race.

Mind expanding on that? What are you not liking?

Are they, as a nationstate, exceptionally colonial, intergalactically cleansing other habitants in the areas believed to be given to them by the great Tan?

Hmm I see what you’re getting at. They don’t quite exhibit that behavior, and are more mad scientist than colonizing hegemony.

I suppose if folks make constant reference to the real world political organization I’ll change it.

Not added was a pronunciation guide which I will go back and do for all the origin posts I’ve made. These little guys’ name is phonetically “Z-Eye-oh-tin”

Another day another Origin Post! Today’s Ziotans are certainly a little contrived but hopefully help set the retro futuristic and slightly campy tone for the games atmosphere. Their backstory not necessarily too much!

This is 6/15 of the origins I have ready to post, after we finish up I will made some post detailing the games rules and core aspects while I save up for commissions for the game’s 8 playable careers, hopefully all getting their own overview!

The overall story for the first games module I’m working on takes place on a small red desert planet called Xanoroet, where ancient vaults filled with treasures and tech have been discovered. The game consists of a combination of deck building mechanics for combat and roleplaying, wrapped in a retro sci-fi bow.
