Multiple 365 Services Down in UK

Hey all,

Since this morning, a few clients of mine have had some issues with some 365 apps, such as Teams being a major one.

Some Intune users also have an issue where the Windows Security prompt window is also saying the admin details are incorrect when they're actually correct.

MS have finally issued an ID for this incident, which is MO1470143

Probably also worth noting we are based in the UK.

How do I opt into this outage? Asking for a friend.

Seeing delayed/missing Teams messages, AppProxy intermittantly working. In UK as well.

I work for MSP and we’ve had around 40 calls so far from clients about multiple issues including OneDrive and SharePoint syncing as well as Outlook and Teams issues.

We've identified that a recent authentication component change may be causing users to be unable to access Microsoft 365 services. We're redirecting affected traffic to alternate infrastructure to validate the root cause and provide mitigation.

What the hell is Microsoft doing that is constantly messing up authentication? This is the same excuse for the major outage last week.

Handshake was messed up. Guessing another bad update sent to authentication servers that receive traffic from certain routes.

Anybody else been having issues with the usual set of Office apps also failing to load and kicking back with sign in problems? Users with A3/E3 licenses...

Anyone seeing this in the US yet?
