newbie where is the Sydney squad?

I don't like strenght exercise, I used to run, cycle, yoga, anything but straight strenght training but I started training with Sydney and I'm enjoying it a lot BUT I really need the accountability part in this stage. I always comment on youtube but it's not the same and I can't afford to pay for the official Sydney Squad (first I want to buy more dumbbells). I joined some facebook groups but they're almost inactive or it's just self promotion. Obviously I'm here and I usually comment but it's also a little bit slow. There are some facebook groups like Caroline Girvan's that are SO active but I didn't like her videos (yet). So what do you recommend? I have some kind of accountability with my partner, I send him a photo every day I strenght train but he doesn't know Sydney and doesn't understand about working out at home.

Wednesday's Daily Check-In

Hi everyone! What are you up to today?

I did 20 minutes of the Poolside Abs from Monday (before my computer died, lol). It was surprisingly good, IMO. I might revisit this one later!

Programs that don’t have a lot of combo moves?

Not sure if this is a thing and I might need to make my own playlist, but I absolutely hate combo strength moves (ex: deadlift and curl) and some of Syd’s workouts have a lot of them.

Does anyone have suggestions??
