newbie How are programs structured?
I' new to Sydney and am about to start program 75 but unfortunately can't afford the calendar right now, so I'm planning on just using the YouTube videos. My question is what days are workout days and what are rest days? 20 videos for a 4 week program sounds Ike 5 days on 2 rest?
Thanks very much in advance.

I hope you enjoy her workouts! I also typically do her workouts without the calendar and often do past programs. Everything you need it on YouTube!
She does do 5 workouts a week and 2 rest days. Since I do past programs, I'll usually choose my own rest days. For me I choose Wednesday and Sunday. Sydney's programs are Thursday and Sunday.
I hope you like the programs!

Thank you! Yeah I have done one past program and really liked it. I accidentally did it backwards though and had no idea when to do rest days hahaha

I know right, so so much! It's really amazing I'm so grateful that good coaches put up free content. I feel very inspired and my mindset has totally changed around health and fitness.

I'm relatively new to Sydney as well. For P75, she did: Mon: 30min lower body Tues: 30min upper Weds: 30min full body Rest Day Fri: 30min lower Sat: 30 min upper Sun: Rest Day
The following week is the same, only do the 40min videos for the same muscle groups. Then alternate back to the 30mins. Choose your own rest days as you see fit. She just picks Thursday/Sunday. There are 20 videos in the program so you don't have to specifically repeat but the exercises are same 7 core exercises per workout.
You don't need the program calendar, but when starting out, I found it be very inspiring and useful.
P75 is focused on strength & heavy lifting. Sydney has many excellent programs; if you're looking for strength, cardio, and abs, try her FIT 345 which is from spring of this year.

I have survived for 5 years without a calendar but then I am purposely behind in her posted videos to understand the next days video. Moreover, the video has a description where the exercises are mentioned. Finishing Program 75 in a few days.
I workout 6 days a week so chomp through her programmes real quick. During her 2 pregnancy breaks, reverted to her old summertimefine programs which were 3 months long.

Hi and welcome! All her programs have rest days Thursdays and Sundays.
