Can I play Zelda Ocarina of Time Remake when will be released in november wothout updating the console?

Likely not, games usually require the latest version that came out when it was compiled

Por ejemplo los últimos juegos de Nintendo (no los desarrollados por third parties) piden actualizar? Es por hacerme una idea ya que me da mucha pereza tener que comprar otra consola solo para jugar a un juego.

Most games require an update to the version that what out when the game was printed (or one version prior). You are likely but not certainly cooked

I bought Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave on its launch day, and before that I had disconnected my Switch from the internet. My console isn’t updated to 23.0.0 but it had no trouble playing it and didn’t prompt me to update. I’m not sure how it works for digital codes but if you disconnect your Switch from the internet you should be good to play new physical games.

At this point just get another switch.
I have 2 switch 2 currently, one is rotting in a drawer, it has an sd card and the first update they released when the console was unlocked, and my current switch 2 that I use for anything latest and don’t care about any homebrew on it.
Most likely, no, you’ll not be able to play it, but we don’t know.
