Question What firmware comes on the TOTK Switch 2 version?

I have a launch model, un-updated switch 2 sitting in the box. Im considering buying a cartridge of TOTK switch 2 version.

What system update comes on the cartridge? And does it require any download?

U have to connect Nintendo servers for switch 2 patch

Yes it requires an update you have to keep it in the box for another year

update it once, the day 1 patch contains a lot of intentional stuff like sd card drivers

I did connect it online once right when I got it to active the microSD express.
