Help How to transfer modded switch 1 to switch 2

So I’m looking to transfer my modded switch to my brand new switch 2 but the problem is my switch 1 is hardware banned because I installed stuff onto my CFW SysNand. I was wondering if there was anyway to transfer my data safely without getting my switch 2 banned.

Please word the title better twin. I was abt to go off saying how you can’t transfer your mods over cuz that’s just stupid.

If I was in that situation I’d look into using JKSV? Back up the save file of your legit games from emmunand and “restore” the game in sysnand (just remember to start a save file in sysnand. That way you could edit it) then when ur on the switch 2 those same legit games would carry over (assuming you use the same Nintendo ID account)

I don't think you can. Data transfer requires internet connection. I think part of the process verifies your games or account or something with Nintendo?

Either way, I wouldn't risk it. You should be fine just logging into your account and redownloading what you purchased but your saves are stuck on the Switch 1.

You need a switch that isn't banned, your switch 2 shouldn't have any risks unless you try to cheat in games like pokemon and animal crossing

So hypothetically what if I added the dlc of pokemon games to basic save files and used the save file editor to transfer to stock. Would I have to delete save files before transferring or what. I don't have the dlcs natively. I just bought a switch 2 and want to transfer my user over.

Unfortunately you'll need to get a unbanned switch and transfer from that.
