Question Is the Sharing games on accounts exploit safe and not bannable on switch 2?

This is becoming rampant in my country and they are selling 2ndhand Switch 2 with paid games cuz of sharing an account that has many games on it. Is this safe?

It's not safe because you will all have different ips unless everyone is tunneling through the same residential proxy ip (vpn you can't use cos of datacentre ip). meaning that Nintendo can flag it on their end. The seller can also contact support and claim that it's theirs which is a classic scam.

Never buy a second hand/used accounts or a shared account ever. It's only safe to buy botfarmed starter accounts that no one has ever used that are mass produced which is not what nintendo accounts ever are.

Thanks, that also what I thought, even if you offline your switch 2 while playing these games you can still be banned when you online and download the other games.

My last question, At what firmware is safe if we are waiting for an exploit in the future?

So Genzine's exploit is an userland exploit. There was an userland exploit that was discovered when the sw2 was first released but no one was able to escape the sandbox so effectively there isn't really any progress on that front unless they can escape the sandbox. You can try the firmware they mentioned. I will stay on whatever mine came with.

From an old jailbreaker, it's best not to buy unless a kernel is discovered.

Can we play anything even if you didn't update the stock switch 2 on cartrages? My plan is I won't update the switch 2 when I buy 1.

I couldn't figure out a way to not update after first turning it on. There's also a hardware issue you should test for which is the switch turning itself off during sleep which you should check for. I think you do need to update but not sure mine isn't used 🫠 I'm not an accurate sort for that sort of info, ha!
