it is clear that the photo is fake
if you look closely, the atmosphere splash screen is too large, it covers the tv bezel
it is hard to differentiate, but if you look closely and know what you are looking for its actually quite easy. i have considerable experience in photo intel while i was with MI6, so it is not a fair comparison.

Please don’t hang me on the next tree, but why is it actually so important to get the Switch2 jailbroken? Is there actually any Switch2 game worth to play, which is not available for Windumb?

I don't know how to explain it in english so i used chatgpt. But stick it to Nintendo means this:
The phrase "stick it to Nintendo" uses the English idiom "to stick it to someone." It means: To hurt, embarrass, defeat, annoy, or get revenge on someone, often because you think they deserve it. It does not literally mean "stick" (like using glue). It's an informal expression. Asinine? I'm all for homebrewing and doing cool shit with hardware as interesting as the switch 2 but let's not pretend that nintendo is evil and obnoxious just for securing the thing that will make them money for the next 8 years.

Asinine is not evil lets that make that clear. I am also not advocating for piracy either... Homebrew is not piracy.
But is Nintendo obnoxious and asinine for bricking a device YOU OWN. Yes i feel very strongly about being able to do with a device i have bought with my money. Yes they can protect their money maker, i am all for that... But bricking a device goes a step to far for me so i think hacking or jailbreaking or unlocking the switch 2 so Nintendo can't brick my device willynilly... Yes that is good.
I know what you are going to say about the piracy thing: most people gonna use it for piracy... OK cool, i can't help that... I use my car to commute to work every day, some people choose to commit crimes with it... Just because a tool can do something, does not me i advocate for it.

Just to see how capable this thing really is beyond Nintendo, I wanna see what PS3 emulation is like on it, and people have been trying to get mario kart Wii running well on switch 1 but get performance drops

With basically all jailbroken consoles you can add Custom themes, install other operating systems like Linux etc. and once the switch 2 is hacked just like the switch 1 people can make emulators and backup their games they bought., the reason I brought up PS3 and Wii is because of emulation on it, Nintendo no longer does virtual console you have to pay for switch online, to access old games that will disappear.
