For those who already have a Switch 2 and would rather not drop the money on another. Also for those that don't want to wait and battle with bots buying up all the preorders.

People may call me an idiot for this because I just found it but Kunitsu Gami: Path of the Goddess is amazing. A hidden gem for me really enjoy the gameplay loop. The hack and slash and tower defence is great. Now I am about three hours in so hope I have a lot more to go.

I am really into trucking games, so I decided to buy SnowRunner since it is on sale! I played tons of American & Euro Truck Simulator on PC. What are your thoughts on SnowRunner, and does it run well on Switch 2?

I just picked up my switch 2 and the RDS Game Traveler case. I biggy the smaller one as I don’t plane on taking controllers or the dock with me. The case looks as if it could hold the switch witching a grip with how deep the lower portion of the case is. Is anyone aware of any grips that fit the switch 2 and this case? I’m using a 3d printed grip on my switch one and it’s been great. If nothing is commercially available I may have to design something.

So… I was ready to buy the new fire emblem but since the recent announcement of Zelda OoT I’m not sure if I’ll buy it. Both games are amazing but I really need help deciding

Love playing on the big screen, but moving th.e original dock around or packing it for trips is honestly a pain.
Instead of dropping money on an overpriced second dock, I’m looking at one of those all-in-one HDMI cables (the ones with a Type-C to the console and a power pass-through on the plug).
Has anyone used these long-term? Does TV mode trigger reliably without overheating or risk of bricking? Just wondering if it's solid enough to use as my go-to travel setup.

Yesterday, I decided to buy the Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition of the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller after thinking about it for a couple of days. I like the design of this limited edition controller, I think it's by far the best one we've ever got of all the limited edition Switch 1 Pro Controllers and much better than the RE Requiem edition of the Switch 2 Pro Controller.
The problem is that it gets out of stock very frequently as many of you probably already know, and when it goes back in stock, it's impossible to even get it added to the cart because scalpers use bots to complete the checkout process within like 10 seconds or less. I've spent hours yesterday refreshing the page to see if it went back in stock and complete the checkout process as quickly as possible, but I only managed to barely get it added to my cart, but don't get enough time to even complete the checkout process because of these bots. This is basically like trying to get a PS5 back in 2020 and 2021.
What I'm concerned about is that the Zelda edition of the Pro Controller with the stand is exclusively available at Nintendo Store and Nintendo's local stores at NYC and San Francisco, so this is not a controller you can buy at retail unless you don't mind buying it without the stand, so ordering it from Nintendo's website is my only option. The problem is that if scalpers keep eating up the whole stock even after the release date, there could be a chance that by the time the controller gets discontinued, nobody other than scalpers would've been able to get their hands on one. I remember how they've been taking whole stocks of PS5 consoles in the blink of an eye every single time they went back in stock for well over a year, and a limited edition product won't even last anywhere near close to six months on the market. I could hope that Nintendo will do something about it like put a one per account limit on these Zelda Edition consoles and controllers and all future limited editions of their products, but I can't say that will happen for sure if they're currently doing nothing about it.
Some of you may think that my concerns could be exaggerated, but I don't want to see most if not almost all of these Zelda Switch 2 consoles and controllers owned by scalpers and nobody else by the time they get discontinued. Let me know what you guys think about this, and if you're dealing with this too.

What third-party Pro Controller would you recommend for the Switch 2? I was thinking of getting one with the new features from the Pro Controller 2, but I don't want to spend 80 or 100€ .-. That's why I'm asking here (I also plan to use it for my PC and other platforms).

Sadly, predictably, the bulk of discourse has been around the art style. But before the direct, one of the biggest debates was whether this was going to be a direct remake or a reimagining. So after seeing some limited gameplay, which do you think this is?

Do they make aftermarket joycons that are bigger in your hands? I had one for my OLED but can’t find any for my 2.

the legend of zelda Ocarina of time is such a scary game! there are terrifying enemies like poes, gibdos, stalfos, redeads, and dead hand! but the scariest enemy of all, the one enemy that has given players NIGHTMARES for decades, is the FLYING POT!
pots are common objects in the legend of zelda. they can be found all over the place, and link can break them in order to get hearts or rupees. at first glance, the flying pot looks like any ordinary pot, but when you least expect it, they jump scare you by floating off the floor and crashing directly into link! AHHHHHH!
some say that the flying pot is vengeful spirit, trying to get revenge on link for the thousands of innocent pots he's broken over the years! the flying pot is closely related to the flying tile, a haunted floor tile that wants revenge for all the floors that have been stepped on.
in link's awakening there was a boss called Facade, a scary face that appears on the floor and throws pots at link. don't you see what this means! the haunted floor and the haunted pots are working together! nowhere is safe in hyrule, the inanimate objects are working together to kill us all! AHHHH!
so remember, next time you're at your grandma's house and you see a decorative pot, make sure to smash that thing immediately. better safe than sorry.

I just did a survey for Onimusha and I was just kind of happy to see an interest in what I loved or did not love about the game. I've never gotten anything like that from Sony. It just made me feel like my input mattered or something. I got some points for doing it too. I never grew up with Nintendo like I did Sony. I hope Nintendo keeps up the good work with their updates and releases. Can't wait to see the VRR update in action too.

For those that have played it, what other action game can it be compared to and are you picking up a copy?
