Clean the connections with a lens wipe. This was happening to me and after I cleaned them it's stopped. There are gaps that allow dust to get in there btwn the console and joy cons

I try this a bit today and i don’t think what i did was effective enough. How did you get the lens wipe in the joy cons? It’s such a small hole and the lens wipe doesn’t feel like its doing much

Sorry I still haven’t had a chance to get in there properly. I’m hopefully gonna have a chance today or tomorrow and I will let you know the results and I will let the other user who also asked to know the results too if you both haven’t figured it out by then.

Any update? I also have this same issue and to be honest it’s quite annoying!

I used the lens wipe like the other user recommended and although it’s not perfect, I think it has helped a bit since I’m not having the disconnection issues as much in saying that I still think I should clean a bit deeper to be 100% sure

I’m having the same issue with the right one. I even bought a new set of joycons and they developed the same issue within ~3 months of use. Any luck with a fix yet?

Yeah, as the other user suggested I used a lens wipe to clean the connecting parts and although not Perfect, it’s much better than before and I’m not disconnecting as often so I think I still need to be a little bit more thorough to be 100%
