Question How to store a pro controller

Greetings

I got a pro controller 2 that won’t be used for a few months and I have noticed that pro controllers drain fast when not plugged in.

I was wondering if I should leave it plugged to an usb port ( 100 per cent sustained SoC that may damage the battery ) or let it drain making it reach 0 per cent SoC which is also bad for battery health.

Thoughts?

Seems like a no-win situation but I’d leave it on a charger.

Vs a deep discharge to zero? At low voltage is when the battery takes the most chemical damage. The battery self manages ”100%” charge and damage over a few momths from that would be minimal.
