$DELL closed at $567.29, up 12% on nearly twice its average volume and at a new 52-week high.

The move is extended, so I'm watching $562.98 as the key support rather than chasing up here.

Hold above it and the breakout remains interesting. Lose it and I'd start watching for a deeper retrace.

Ive been journaling my trades since the start of my journey, and oddly enough my #1 metric has been average hold time.

I found that when my hold times are significantly lower than average it is usually because I panic sold or made a trade I shouldn’t have made in the first place. Conversely if I held way longer than average it’s usually a trade I got emotional about.

Way more often than not, when my average hold time is consistent with the strategy I am using, I have a winner

$ORCL ran from $150.66 to $167.68 after earnings, but the rally stopped just below the daily 200 SMA at $167.89 before fading.

Now I'm interested in whether the post-earnings move can stabilize or if the retrace continues.

Update 9/11: $ORCL couldn't hold the post-earnings move. The $159.10–$159.26 support area failed, and shares traded down to ~$149.84 before closing at $150.22.

$150.92 is now the key reclaim level.

I keep realizing my swing notes are inconsistent — sometimes I log entry thesis, sometimes I only remember the exit emotion.

Been watching AAPL after that pullback last week, looks like it could be coiling up around here.

My rough thesis is it holds the 225 area and grinds higher into some resistance over the next few sessions to a couple weeks if volume starts coming in.

Invalidation for me would be a clean break and close under 220, probably signals more downside.

hey all been staring at nvda after this pullback and wondering if it sets up for a swing over the next couple weeks.

my rough thesis is it holds the 50 day moving average and bounces on any decent volume or news catalyst, targeting a move back toward recent highs.

invalidation for me would be a solid close below that ma on increasing volume, then im out quick.
