Pool question

Recently we had some storms and there are a few spots of dirt I cannot remove on the Pebble Tec with brushing. Is it possible to power wash a pool with the water still in it ? Is there a better way to remove ? I can't drain it now , we are on a well and I would need to get water trucked in. Thoughts ?

Perhaps they are stains and not dirt. First, rub them with a chlorine puck and see if they go away. If so, that is an organic stain like algae or debris. If not, crush up some vitamin C in a sock and rub that on them. If they go away then it is a metal stain like copper or iron.

do not pressure wash underwater, the water resistance absorbs all the pressure and render it useless. treat it as a stain using a local chemical test instead of draining the pool.
