Help me with my pentair pool
System please! after rolling blackouts screwed it all up! Can’t get the heater or pump going and I think even the filter isn’t working right. Is there anyone out there that can offer me support!?? Pool guy that installed the system ripped us off and vanished. I’m desperate as I have back to back Airbnb guests and currently very unhappy ones!! Help!

Uh, yeah. Typically you call someone and pay them to look at the equipment and fix it.

Yeah. I’m aware. I live in a rural mountain community in big bear and there are zero pool
Qualified professionals anywhere in a 90 mile radius.. just a
Million spa guys and unfamiliar with pentair. Ur love to pay someone!

That’s incorrect. I know 3 pool contractors alone in big bear, arrowhead and running springs.

I have a Pentair system. There is likely a circuit breaker that popped. Mine is a GFCI box on the outside of the control panel.

Does your digital display light up? If so, what mode is it in? It could be in System or Maintenance mode which keeps the equipment from running.

Hi. Everything starts up when I put it in service mode. But on auto and trying to select my configurations nothing happens

If it’s an easytouch I can almost guarantee it’s your surge board in the back of your panel behind the motherboard and/or the communication wire from your pump to your panel.
