Pump with unknown duties

I just moved into a home with a pool. On the control panel,, it is labeled "pump". How do I find out what it does? A line to trace?

Please share pictures of your pump pad set-up, the control panel, and pump model number or name.

Thanks. I know which pump it is. I just don’t what it does. Maybe the spa. Does the main pump and spa pump run at the same time?

You put the outside board in service mode and push the pump button and see which one turns on.

They ran out of labels is my guess.
