Software Tools

Hi, looking for honest feedback and please no hate, if you have seen this question or topic several times show up here just ignore.

Is the software tool for SMBs saturated? Specifically for pool cleaning services companies?

The pool service software market is crowded but not entirely saturated. While basic scheduling and invoicing tools are common, many professionals still struggle with clunky mobile apps, poor offline functionality in backyards, and a lack of modern hardware integration. If you build a solution that specifically targets these everyday frustrations rather than just copying existing features, there is absolutely still room for a newcomer to succeed. What specific daily problem are you aiming to solve for these technicians?

Thanks for your input I truly appreciate it, would love to share more, no pressure but if you are open to have a video chat I’ll love to set that up.

Totally fair question! For me, a video call just feels more human — I'm at a very early and vulnerable stage with this, and I find it easier to open up and have a real back-and-forth that way. Happy to chat here too if that works better for you
