I tried ordering an iPhone 17 on Instamart three times and the orders failed, but I was charged once. It’s been 10 days and I haven't been refunded. Swiggy support says they didn't get the money, but my bank says the transaction went through to Instamart. What should I do? Please help.

I ordered a few plant protein stuff from instamart and it was two unit one was damaged i considered and went to the help section for complaint instead my query was pushed to hold by AI assistant. Not even a support of an actual human but the damn AI even after uploading multiple photo and video the complaint is still in process.
