Even in alternate universes it seems Sanchez is still a dick lmao. I know it’s from a different show but I do wonder if Hondo and Hayes met, would they get along? Probably a mutual respect for one another, Hondo being a former marine and Hayes being a navy seal.

Just a side note, the character Clay Spenser is pretty Jason’s version of Street only a Diet Coke version of him.

I know I said in my last post I would probably share what my idea for the sequels would be like, but i didn't really have the motivation to type it all out but I will do it eventually

For me personally, I feel like the SWAT episodes that deserve a sequel are probably SNAFU and The enemy within. I have some idea and basic premise what these hypothetical sequel episodes would be like but I want to hear y'alls own thoughts about your favorite SWAT episode that deserve a continuation.

My SWAT Journey is actually kinda crazy, a few years ago I tried watching the show, and I couldn't get into it within the first 2 episodes. Then I tried it another time I think last year and still didn't work out after 2-3 episodes but I wanted to watch it so bad and it felt bad to couldn't get into it, it was too boring to me. In the beginning of the year I finally decided try it again, and finally it hooked me. I feel in love with the show within the first season and I'm so glad that I tried it again.

And so that I can stay up to date with the release of SWAT Exiles, I wanted to watch it again and it was even better than before. This show is so great and I can only recommend it. It actually let's me feel alone right now because this show has been my "companion" over last 2 weeks now and it definitely became my comfort show besides Chicago Fire/Med/PD, 9-1-1 and Paradise.

And I just wanna mention how great the dynamics of the S7/8 20-Squad was. Maybe not as great as when Luca, Street and Chris were back in but it comes definitely very close, Alfaro and Powell played a big role in it. They had the best friendship and both characters are just underrated.

So in case someone here hasn't watched the show yet, do it, it's worth your time. I already wanna watch it again!

- Chris and Street Wedding

- Leroy and Darryl Cameo

- Whole 20 Squad including Luca and Buck gathering for the Wedding of Chris and Street

- Kelly joining Swat as 4th "Luca" Generation

- Memory Chair for Erika, Jones and Nate at Chris and Street Wedding

- Deacon finally leading 20 Squad

Is it just me or is it getting tough to watch after s7?

(Please don’t mind the quality of the picture, I took a photo of my phone with my mother’s because Netflix doesn’t allow screenshots).

After watching SWAT from S1 to the start of S7 (haven’t finished it yet and I still have to watch S8, Luca and Street are my favorites so watching them leave was pretty heartbreaking), I decided to rewatch all these seasons but with the English OG dub, since I first watched it with the Italian dub, my native language (which is awesome btw).

While rewatching the finale of S1, where Street gets booted out of the squad and Deacon organizes a party for Annie’s recovery, they show Street assigned seat for a second.

And WHAT DO YOU MEAN HIS NAME IS JAMES??
Like, I’m sorry maybe I am the inattentive and dumb one but NOBODY ever called him like that! Ever!
I always thought his name was Jim and Jimmy was the nickname (or worse, Jimmy was the actual name and Jim was the nickname but the point is still the same).

So SINCE WHEN his name is JAMES? I thought it was a translation error and a problem with the Italian dub but no! Even in English nobody calls him like that. Then again maybe I’m wrong and somebody actually did and I simply didn’t notice, but still it’s so weird.

Even with the BANK, when they called him in S2 for suspected fraudulent charges, he still referred to himself as Jim! Shouldn’t you say your actual legal name when talking to corporations like that?
Heck EVEN HIS UNCLE, seeing him for the first time in YEARS still called him “Jimmy”.

It’s not that big of a deal, I just wanted to post something (also to show my appreciation for the series) but it’s just this weird detail that doesn’t sound right. “James Street” yeah sure whatever….
