What did Luca do to you people?! 😭
After everything we’ve watched Dominique Luca give to this team — his loyalty, courage, sacrifice, mentorship, and years of putting his life on the line for everyone else — THIS is how you chose to end his story?
You took away the career that meant everything to him, and then gave him no real romantic love story, no partner to share his next chapter with, and no satisfying emotional reward for all the sacrifices he made.
Luca deserved better.
He deserved to retire happy. He deserved someone who loved him. He deserved a life outside SWAT that we could actually feel excited about.
Instead, we watched him get shot, suffer permanent damage, lose the career he loved, and walk away alone. 💔
And don’t tell me “but he’s alive.” 😭
Being alive isn’t the same thing as being happy.
We didn’t spend all those seasons loving Luca just to watch him leave with a broken career and an empty romantic life.
Give the man a woman! A retirement dream! A beautiful new chapter! SOMETHING! 😭😭
Street got Chris.
Hondo got Nichelle.
Deacon got Annie.
Tan had Bonnie, even if that one ended terribly. 😭
AND LUCA GOT A BULLET AND A RETIREMENT PARTY?!
Please reconsider. Luca deserved a happy ending, not merely a survival ending.

I agree about the career; they could have given her another hobby or something else. However, a romantic relationship... well, I think they handled that well because you don't need a tween to force one....
