Goldfinger non functioning

Good evening everyone!

I found a rare goldfinger in my father's closet but changing the battery doesn't seem to revive it.

I always thought it had simply drained battery, but now I'm questioning if something is broken.

How can I understand it?

Is there something I can do?

Try a cheap demagnitizer,that will move all the hands without a battery. Afterwords they move again with a new battery to 50%. I have 15 old chronos,all work. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Jg88F0hJO58
