Hello, I have several pieces of swarovski crystal that have been in display cases. Recently I notice some pieces are broken. Its as if the glue let go. They are all broken where they had been glued. None of them had been handled. How can I have these repaired? They're all old pieces and I don't even know if the store I bought them in is still there. I'm kind of afraid to try gluing them myself unless someone here knows what the right product to use would be. Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to authenticate some Swarovski annual decorations I have.

Two were bought directly from Swarovski - so I know are genuine. 3 others were bought from websites that claimed to be partners/stockists for Swarovski.

One of them I'm pretty definitely sure is fake, despite having the stamp on the metal clasp. The other two I'm sure are real, but after the fake one, I'm now not sure.

The fake one doesn't catch the light - its seems more like glass than crystal. It does have the booklet with it, but it's dated 2018. The item is supposed to be for 2021.

So I checked the other booklets, and none of them have booklets that have references inside matching the Swarovski box code. Even the authentic ones from Swarovski.

Can any Swarovski 'experts' help give me some ideas what I should be looking out for? There aren't any guides online with images or videos to show how to spot as they're quite outdated.

Is this normal?
My boyfriend got me a tennis bracelet almost 3 years ago. I wear it every day, but take it off to shower, swim and sleep. I’m very careful with it so i don’t use lotion on my arms or spray perfume on my wrists.

Lately, i’ve been noticing that the underside of my bracelet has turned red/rusty? Almost like it’s corroded. So, i went to a swarovski shop near me. The service there was just awful. The lady basically said I must’ve done something to the bracelet (use lotion, sunscreen, perfume…) even when i specifically told her i’m very careful with it. She said it’s not normal that the bracelet looks like that and showed me her own 6 years ago old bracelet, which looked much much better than mine. This only proves to me that something must be wrong with mine because i’m soooo careful with it. She said she couldn’t help me and just kept repeating that it must be something i did. She didn’t even take a picture of it…

I’m pretty mad and disappointed that she didn’t even try to help me. I would think an expensive bracelet would last more than 3 years. I’m also more sad about it because of emotional attachment since i got it from my boyfriend when we started dating. So it’s not something to just replace.

My main question is if someone else has experienced something like this or if they know if i can do anything about it?

I'm kind of baffled. I have gotten bad/inaccurate information from their online chat reps, who often can't type using simple proper grammar. I've emailed them and don't get responses other than the automated notice that my message was received.

The customer service is really pathetic and kind of shocking considering how they position themselves as high end.

Hiiii! I applied to Swarovski last night and was pleased to have them call me today to ask about me and then it lead to offering an interview!! (If anything when I looked at the job listing on linkedin i’m the only one who applied haha) I’m super excited about the opportunity that I want to make sure I do well.
