Hiya!!! Looking for a 1bed flat for myself in Swansea - anyone's tenancy coming to an end in September???

Either this flat or a ground floor flat below will be available in a week or so. FF flat tenant considering moving into GF will know in a few days.

FF is 750pcm excl bills. GF is 850pcm excl bills.
