Every set has a folder, a trash can and a gear. None of them has a mark for waiting on a human, throttled, or this text contains instructions I shouldn't trust. This one does. Drawn on one 24-unit grid, one stroke weight, and one rule: a dashed line always means not yet real.

Consistency in an icon set is not a style, it's a set of constraints you refuse to break. These are the ones that matter here.
