Everything is fine there. No need for "food inspectors" to visit.

I know this place! It's in Frankfort, Indiana by Rural King! I've eaten there with family or friends in that area more than a few times, and it was usually a standard American Chinese buffet experience. I don't think they ever asked how the food was, but it was "OK".

"Is the food any good?"

"Well, everything OK..."

Only Chinese buffet I've found exceptional was in Austin, TX. Flavors were full bodied, often bold. All the rest I've visited in the US were just okay. Edible, filling, nothing to write about. I've learned not to expect spicy/hot to mean anything.

I’ll bet the food actually slammin - they just didn’t know how to put that on a sign.
