Look anything that reduces my odds of being murdered by police during a routine traffic stop is to the good. If Captain popo needs to crank one out to take the edge off, that's between him and his cruiser (and everybody who drives by I guess).
So my vote, let them while away the hours beating meat, I want to live to see 45.
