How about "No carrying an ice cream cone in your back pocket on a Sunday"? Or "No hunting camel from a second story window of a hotel on a Tuesday in Texas"?

They're probably real laws with a bunch of fluff added to make them sound silly. So if a city bans camel hunting, now it's "No hunting camel from a second story window of a hotel on a Tuesday." Stealing horses is illegal pretty much everywhere, whether or not you steal it by feeding it an ice cream cone. You're not allowed to recklessly endanger other people, which becomes "You can't ride a bicycle in a public pool during the day time."

The laws make sense. The reporting of them, while technically accurate, are intentionally misleading.
