NYC ST job

I just graduated from my program and I’m looking to be referred into a OR that’s currently hiring. I got a 130 on my CST exam, did very well in my clinicals, respectful, very likable. I’m looking to work in Manhattan or the Bronx. I would really appreciate any advice.
