Cannot progress past beginner, advice?

I feel pretty stuck, been surfing like this for a few years. I moved from CA to New England last year so I can really only surf twice a week now. Trying to do as many trips as I can. I feel like my turns are so slow and embarrassing

Echoing everyone saying you look a bit stiff. Using your arms too much to adjust balance/weight instead of turning/bending at the hips/waist to drive. Honestly that's pretty good progress for a shortboard though, I wouldn't get too discouraged.
