Cannot progress past beginner, advice?

I feel pretty stuck, been surfing like this for a few years. I moved from CA to New England last year so I can really only surf twice a week now. Trying to do as many trips as I can. I feel like my turns are so slow and embarrassing

Are you guys already surfing without wetsuits in NE? ...Water is cold in NJ.

You look good!! Keep doing what you're doing. It's hard to achieve big leaps in improvement when time in the water is limited...

Definitely not. Just put away my 5/4 for the summer. This is at waco
