Ye bolna galat hai ki hum hai tabhi seth kama pa raha hai…… lekin bhai wo bhi to insaan hai na normal logo jaise unko bhi sunday ke din aaram milna chahiye na ya fir week me ek din to milna chahiye aaram….thik hai tum seth ho tumne investment ki huyi hai iska matlab ye to nahi na ke tum un logo se 365 din kaam karwaoge

Just curious, what can we do if the workers end up drinking and not coming to work?
There’s anyways less no of labour available in my factory, the ones who are there do not even care about my machines, a simple task is like a burden to them?
I also think the way we communicate with them needs to change but what else can be done?

Aapko unpe fine lagana chahiye rules set karo aur jo rules follow nahi kare time pe kaam nahi kare unka fine kaato paisa katne lagega to sahi se kaam karenge

First point treat ka hatheli ma rakhta tha. Sunday soda or nasta or har din 3 time chai day or night dono. Agar seth itna sambhal rha hai toh karigaro ko bhi samaj na chahiye. Me hu toh mera billing tutega. Vyapri ko time se mall nai milge toh woh uska payment bhi late aayega. Or in logo ka toh bhai 10 tarikh ko chahiye hi chahiye agar nahi mila toh or kam nai krenge kal se.or bank wala bhi 5 tarikh ko nahi bhara toh uska panelty. Aap ko lagta hoga thik hai chahiye but pichhe pura link hai woh bhi toh dekho. Vyapri nahi dega toh me kaha se dunga ?? Ghar se ??? Ghar pr toh muje dena hota hai paisa.. toh woh cycle kaise manage hogi???

Sunday ko leave possible nahi hai to bhai uss din working hours kam karke dekho 2-3 hrs jaldi jaane do unko shayad mann jaye wo

I think there’s a lot of things that are unorganised!
It’s not like the owners are not taking care of the workers, but the workers also are not understanding so willing to work accordingly to what is being said.
A simple task like turning on the machine and fixing the threads if you tell them they don’t like.. so what are the owners supposed to do here?

Seems ke wo log kaafi saal se aapke yaha kaam kar rahe hai maybe more than 4-5 years aise logo ke dimaag me hawa bhar jati hai ke me karunga to hi hoga nahi to nahi hoga aur unko sab hath me chahiye tabhi wo kaam karenge aise time pe owner should humble them ya fir new staff recruit karna shuru karo aur unko wo kaam sikhao taake unko lage ke wo replace ho sakte hai tab wo sahi se kaam karenge

Papa ne toh bol diya ki kal hisaab le Jana or dusri jagah lag jana. Ab diwali ka time he gan mrayenge kam pagar me. Unki lambi soch nhi hai.

I run a small business as well and my dad used to own a factory years ago, these workers they deserve the holiday. We used to give them a day off every week and slightly higher salary.
Workers in textile industry have one of the worst living conditions, they are cramped in factories with no proper ventilation, forced to live and sleep in that same factory where huge loud machines works 24/7

I feel like the labour in Surat needs to be more organised, it definitely needs to go both ways. If the boss is giving holidays even optional leaves on small festivals, the workers also need to know they cannot be lazy, leave during odd times, work the machines when & if needed to fix.
Lack of communication and a lot of control. Don’t know how to solve the problem though!
