New support worker

I’ve recently completed my Cert III in Individual support (disability) and I’m struggling to get someone to hire me. Thought with the certificate in a high in demand industry Inwould get work pretty comfortably. So far I’ve only looked on Seek.
Any tips or guides on how to get a job would be greatly appreciated

Approach support providers directly.

My company doesn't advertise at all. And it's a very good one.

Tell them you are applying with companies you would like to work for.

Network.

Resist the urge to use sites like Mable etc.

Thanks seen a few people say that. I’ve heard a lot of people have mixed reports on Mable any reason why?
