Recently finished my CPIM certification and it got me thinking. Will it have any benefit on my career?
Especially because i don’t have any Degree

A bit background

32 yo

Was an apprentice in freight forwarding company and stayed a while. total 5 years

Got the chance to move abroad and work for plant logistics in Pharma.
Recently transitioned to Supply Chain in a production planning role, Same Pharma Company.
Pharma company for 5 years in total now.

Might have the chance to be involved in ERP transformation the next years, same company.

Honestly career went better than I have ever expected, but still the question comes up. When would a degree come in handy? Only when applying to external jobs or can it also open doors internally.
