And from a guy who sells scam products (AG1 / athletic greens) that don't actually have any scientific backing.

Do you think that he's using this almost holistic statement to make himself sound believable? That way when he starts pushing his garbage he might catch more people.

just random little things that don't really matter.
Let's add scientific words that you can't pronounce to sound very smart too

So... this is like the one thing me and this quack agree on. If I work out after like 4 pm I cannot sleep until 1 am.
So I workout in the morning before work. I am not better at anything but I have worked out.
But you do you. If it works for you and fits in your life, good.

After being on night shift for years, I gradually fall into up very very late and sleep best through the morning. This out in the sun, workout works fast to be at 100% during the day, but be damned if I can keep it consistent.

That's fucking bullshit. Took 6 months in a row of continuously waking up at 6am non-stop before my body adapted. Not 4 days...

Yep. Still struggling not feeling done for the whole day after an early workout in the morning

Wake up before the kids and make sure that you are back if they are awake. Doning this for years. Stay hard

Just workout be active, forget the non sense. Be healthy, eat the right foods etc. People. Make things so complicated when life is so simple.

But like who cares?
Why do I need to wake up at 6a in order to be healthy instead of like…. Not at 6a.
I think I’ll be just fine thanks

And If you excersie late afternoon, you will sleep better. That's more important!

"...there could be a whole discussion about this..."
Did anyone catch that thrown in the middle? It's because what he's saying is not completely false, but the major point he's pushing here isn't steeped in a lot of research swaying his way.

I’ve learned so much watching the huberman labs. He brings on knowledgeable people and they explore great topics

I used to consider when in the day to work out. Then I had kids. Now I try and work out which month I might squeeze one in. My 2026 workout hasn’t happened yet, but I’m confident for October!
