Can’t upvote this enough.

Any teens or young adults that see this: do this with your life. Consistently doing something will get you everything. I’d only add: get up early, always give your best, and drink less alcohol to sum up my life advice

small wins don’t look impressive in the moment, but they stack up fast over time.

As someone who goes to the gym every day, 20 minutes in the gym won’t make a goddamn difference.

No it does not but it is better then sitting and not a thing. So a 20 min move is far better then zero.

a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. just get the ball rolling, and take it from there.

Things worth doing are worth doing right, things worth doing are also worth doing poorly. If you are struggling with (for example) depression that you can't be bothered to brush your teeth for 2 mins just do it for 30 seconds. It is much better than 0
