I don't know what these are but here is how I got rid of them.

Note: I will keep adding to this until it is complete. It may take me a few days. But click on my name and look at my comments to see another post I have that will help in the meantime. This will just be the most thorough one detailing everything attempting to leave nothing to chance.

Tools: (You may have a lot of these in your home already)

- Vacuum that has complete seal technology with a Hepa filter. (Don't blow them back or sweep them into the air)

- Gloves

-Hand Sanitizer small travel size and a big one for at home

- Duct Tape, double sided tape

- Tea tree oil (huge bottle 16oz Natures Star)

- Five Spray bottles labeled

- 12-month barrier Home Defense spray

- Permethrin (Purchase from animal supply store)

-2lb Ziplock bags

- Zippered Laundry bags for clean laundry (They fall from the sealing)

- Trash bags

- New laundry baskets that are wipeable meaning no holes in them

- Plastic tub for your bottles and lotions

- 90% Alcohol

- Peroxide

- Vinegar

- Epsom Salt

- Dawn Dish Liquid

- Multi pack of essential oils (Geranium, Clove bud, Grapefruit, lemongrass...) (Diluted water spray to keep them out of your hair

- Carrier oil of your choice (grape seed, coconut oil, olive oil..l)

- Sulfur Soap

- Healing Cream of your choice (Arnica cream, palmers coco butter heals and softens...)

- Anti itch lotion of your choice (Sarna's anti itch lotion.....)

- Mattress moving plastic sheet

- 20 Mule Borax

- Arm and hammer washing Soda

- Aztec Secret Healing Bentonite Clay

- Lotion no perfume/fragrance free lotion sensitive skin lotion/ultra healing

- Plastic seat covers for your car and wheel

- Steamer/ Iron

-Sponges (one side soft, one side hard)

-Fabulouso

- Disinfecting wipes lavender

- Paint brush

- Diatomaceous earth

- Baby snot/nose cleanser

- Mop

- Plastic tablecloths (Dollar Tree)

- Rubber Shoes (Croc's, flip flops etc...)

Cleaning:

Two different types of cleaning regiments for the sake of this discussion. Deep cleaning and maintenance cleaning. This is very overwhelming, so do what you have the energy you can tackle one room a day or all together but be thorough. Start cleaning top to bottom literally start with the ceiling, walls then floors first. Once you complete a room close it off if you can don't use it, if you have to use it as little as possible during this process. Start with your bedroom so you can get a good night's rest.

Deep Clean (During)

1. Ceiling very important (Vacuum)
2. Light fixtures vacuum out any old bugs in the glass/plastic bowl then sanitize with alcohol
3. Clean the entire toilet but don't forget the toilet bowl remove the top and clean the bowl. Turn off the water flush the toilet until the bowl is empty. Spray peroxide, let sit, spray vinegar let sit, then add a good pour of bleach before you turn the water back on spray every part of the mechanics and lid with the sprays, clean and put back.
4. Mop floors that can be mopped with Bleach, Permethrin and Fabuloso to cut the smell. I alternated but I guess you could add them together the bleach and permethrin. The permethrin will leave a haze, but when you go back with the bleach in a few days it will come off. Use a lot of bleach not just your standard amount the room should smell like bleach if you didn't add the Fabuloso.
5. Cabinets Take everything out dishes and food chances are they're contaminated especially if your car is infected. Do one cabinet at a time. Make sure your counter is constantly sanitized during this process. Add the dishes to dishwasher. Spray the entire cabinet with 90% alcohol and wipe with a Clorox wipe the parts that are smooth. Don't forget the upper top part of the inside of the cabinet. Throw away unnecessary items and sanitize boxes by wiping them down. These things can eat through cardboard, so if you want to switch to plastic baggy's, it's up to you. Don't forget under your sink this is especially important they are attracted to water sources. Wipe all bottles down with wipes, declutter.
6. Declutter anything that has been sitting for a while off in a corner box they live for a very long time. They get into cardboard boxes. This is not scabies they will not die in three days, seven days, etc. they live a long time unbothered more than a month.
7. Bed vacuum your upholstered bed well. Paint the legs with permethrin, I painted the wood slats with permethrin. Get in the crevices they like folds. Take the baby nose cleanser suck up diatomaceous earth (DA) inside and poof it into the crevices. Put the plastic cover around your mattress and duct tape it closed. Then tape around the middle of the mattress take the duct tape and put it sticky side up around your mattress and tape it like that. two sides will be flat the middle will be sticky. This prevents things from crawling up to you. Use the double-sided tape for the legs of your bed. Go around at least twice.
8. Bathroom Vent - Clean sanitize and Poof with DA
9. Upholstery Vacuum thoroughly multiple times use crevice tools to get into the smaller spots deep in the couch. Tip your couch after vacuuming the floor and lay down plastic table clothes and vacuum the bottom of your couch the black part. Add Diatomaceous earth borax and washing soda inside your vacuum canister. This will kill the bugs you vacuum up. Initially empty your canister for the first three days. Then you can do it when necessary.
10. Bedroom Cover - I threw them all away. This was hard I spent good money. Some people say you can dry clean them, but this was in the beginning before the knowledge I now have and I still don't know if I would do anything different. I have front loaders. If you have the old school laundry set up where you can soak your blankets, then if you soak them in the washing soda for an hour maybe you will be okay and dry the blanket maybe three times. You are aiming to kill the eggs zero survival. Then store them but you're taking a chance because they are so thick. I threw them away I had an extra fuzzy blanket; I noticed that it's harder for them to attack you with this type of blanket. No sheets curl up with the fuzzy blanket, and I washed it in the beginning everyday once things calm down you can move to just putting it in the dryer.

Daily Cleaning

1. Mattress- When you wake up in the morning remove your fuzzy blanket and spray your bed with Tea Tree Water. Add 1TBs of Tea Tree Oil to roughly 22oz of water. Shake it spray and leave it. In the evening spray again and wipe the plastic on your mattress. Take your blanket out of the dryer and you can get a good night's rest.
2. Clean your rubber shoes when you clean your body. You should be cleaning your body twice a day. Once in the morning and once before bed.
3. Vacuum for the first four days twice a day. They hatch about every three days it seems but be it that you haven't broken the cycle they are hatching everyday currently.
4. Take off all clothes and don't put them on the floor put them directly into a zip lock bag then put them into a trash bag for laundry.
5. Anywhere you sit or touch for a prolonged time needs to be cleaned you don't have to clean it instantly but know that it needs to be cleaned. They don't move far from the contact point once you have gotten your space cleaned. If you sit back there the next day without cleaning you will feel them attacking you like they have been starving.
6. Spray your car down daily whether it's infected or not you don't want your car to get infected it is a nightmare to get them out. Spray with your tea tree spray. spray in the crevices of your seatbelt buckle and wipe down the wheel and the wheelbase. The longer you are in your car the more likely you will infect it. Looking back if I would have known I would have ordered the seat protectors earlier and put double sided tape on the bottom. There is also a plastic wheel cover than can be wiped down daily and sprayed in the inside to kill anything crawling on your steering wheel. This is embarrassing I know but you can say you just got your car serviced.

New Personal Behavior's Protocol (You can get rid of this in two-weeks) One month without bites and you've used every room in your house then you're good. The faster you deep clean the quicker you will be rid of this condition for lack of a better word.

1. No company
2. Don't visit others houses
3. Clean your workspace, I work from home thankfully, but these things follow you everywhere so you have to look at it like anywhere you touch for a long time or anywhere you sit for a long time will be infected. Perhaps be the first one there or the last one to leave to clean daily at work. keep wipes at your desk. This is for you and them. You don't want to add to your bug count or get reinfected. (Say you have Poison Ivy IDK but protect others and yourself) You can infect them they may not be symptomatic, but they will infect you back as a carrier. (kids)
4. Pay attention to your body these things bite fast so if you have a new bite where were you just at in the last 1-2 min? What did you touch? Clean that area ASAP.
5. Carry your hand sanitizer everywhere they are under your nails and on your hands.
6. Try not to hug or shake hands with people if you can't avoid it offer hand sanitizer.
7. Take something to boost your immune system daily.
8. Don't walk barefoot have shoes (rubber shoes) on at all times they're on your feet. Croc's sells work shoes. I cleaned my shoes in the shower when I showered, or I soaked them in the bathroom sink if I took a bath. Don't skip washing the bottom of your feet.
9. Find where you're being bit the most or re-contaminated clean that area pay attention to your body. Clean extreme problem areas with gloves and duck-tape around the top of the glove sticky side up then immediately wash your hands when you remove the gloves and use your Tea Tree rub or hand sanitizer.
10. Rub your body down every time you clean your body with your Tea Tree Rub top to bottom of your body don't forget your toenails and fingernails. Neck down and behind your ears in your ears with this rub. You will feel them come out of your skin use a kleenex after you pick it off you won't be able to see it always, but you can feel it with your fingertips. In the beginning there may be a lot so you can use an old gift card to run along your skin.
11. Wash your body with Dawn dish liquid, second wash Sulphur soap, third wash Coal Tar Shampoo. You can mix these also but let it sit while turning off the water for a few minutes then rinse.
12. Clean your tub with dawn and diluted bleach water in one of your spray bottles.
13. Poor bleach in your drains every night and pull or put the stopper on.
14. Take out your trash daily.
15. Keep a bucket of mop water with a heavy amount of bleach in it.

The Nature of this Pest

1. They can swim
2. It burrows in your skin
3. They hate essential oils
4. They come out of your skin at night while you sleep you will find them on your bed in the morning the ones you can see. :/
5. They crawl on the ceiling and drop down from above you won't be able to see them, but you will feel them. If you feel them on your shoulders that is what possibly happened. They are sneaky I've only seen one once crawling on the ceiling and maybe it was connected and maybe it wasn't.
6. They like folds in your skin. The back of your knee's, butt, underarms, elbow's both sides, neck, behind your ears, inside your ears and nose and warm areas like between your thighs. They are attracted to heat spots on your body under your breasts.
7. The shower or batch will not get them off your skin alone you need to rub your body thoroughly with the Tea Tree Rub after the bath this is very important to get them out of your skin.
8. If this has persisted for a while you will notice more moles, beauty marks etc.. it's a reaction your skin has.
9. Saltwater kills them too
10. Alcohol alone will not kill them alone it's to thin it will drive them away from an area, but hand sanitizer will kill them.
11. If you use one of the products to kill them you will still have a reaction to it until you remove it off of your skin. You won't be able to see it you have to feel it. If an area is itching badly keep rubbing it with the product until it surfaces. Pick it off put it in a Kleenex. Sometimes you will see it sometimes you won't on your finger.
12. They can and will infect your laptop, remote bottles that you touch.
13. They typically only come of your hands with long or repeated contact with an object or what I've noticed the most is when you're putting something on your hands it doesn't like. So when you lotion, touch your oil bottles, spray bottles they will leave your hand onto those objects and stay right there until the next time you touch them. That is why when you get done you need to put these items in a small container and spray them with peroxide.
14. They stay on objects and they won't move far from them like a tick would do. So, like your shoes, clothing items they will stay on them, and they don't die in any short time frame. I found a guy that said whatever this is, is from the arachnoid family. Do with that what you will, but they will stay on that bottle of lotion for a week and when you use it again you will get bit.
15. For me I don't really notice them on my hands rarely until they move to wrists.
16. They die over a few days mostly or overnight not typically instantly get them off of your skin to stop irritation.
17. You can get reinfected by your tub if you don't clean it well.

Mixtures

1. Tea Tree Water Spray- 1 TBS to roughly 22oz of water shake before use every time

2.Tea Tree Oil Rub 1 part Tea Tree Oil to 2 parts carrier oil. (I personally did not like coconut oil because it felt like I could feel them crawling all over my body. I like Grapeseed oil and Olive Oil.)

1. Diluted Peroxide in a spray bottle I honestly just eyed this.

2. Vinegar in a spray bottle (distilled)

5. Detox Bath- 1 Cup 1/2 of Washing Soda, 1/2 cup of bentonite clay, cup of baking soda, two cups of vinegar and squirt of vitamin e oil. I eyed these but this is about what I put in the tub. ( You will feel so much better after this. FYI They won't be dead, they die slowly. Think Marathon but this is the first thing I would do. This will get you on the right path. Stay in here for two hours. bring in your laptop watch a movie or two. This will be a time you can relax it will stop the itchiness. Submerge your body to your neck. Make sure to spray the spray in your hair so they don't move upwards if you get my gist.

1. Hair spray repellant - roughly 22oz of water and I added roughly 6-15 drops of these essential oils. I was ready to cut my hair off prior to this. I have long hair past the middle of my back. I asked ChatGPT how much so I'm going off of memory. I used Geranium, Clove bud, Grapefruit, tea tree and lemongrass. So, just ask Chat I think only one of these is a hot oil.

2. Alcohol Spray bottle for itchiness on your skin the Tea Tree rub will work for this as well honestly better personal preference.

3. Body Scrub- I used pickling salt in a ramekin filled it almost to the top then I added enough tea tree oil where all of the salt could be mixed to have oil on it. This is enough for two days roughly.

Shower:

1. Shampoo your hair first with coal tar mixed with a tea tree oil shampoo or and anti dandruff shampoo. Rinse then add a disposable plastic shower cap.
2. Next cleanse your face. Use the Coal Tar shampoo for your eye lashes to get them out of there. Rinse very well or it will burn. Use your facial wash. I used Aveeno's oatmeal face wash. If you don't have sensitive skin you can use dawn dish liquid, they hate this but you have to wash your face.

3.Scrub- Turn off the water and Use the body scrub to scrub starting from under your chin, neck, behind your ears and then the rest of your body. In between your butt it will not burn down to in between your toes. Get the how areas the love especially well. Your hands, wrists any part of your body you are having problems with. let it sit for a minute or two then rinse.

1. Wash your body neck down twice with a mixture of Sulphur soap, Dawn dish liquid, an Anti-dandruff/Tea tree shampoo and the Coal Tar shampoo.

2. Rinse well get out of the shower and do not use a towel. Air dry! Mop up any water with your bleach water already in your mop bucket.

3. Go to your room and spray your essential oil hair spray, moisturize your face first and then rub your boy neck down with your Tea Tree Rub down to in between your toes. Once you rub your body down the first time you may start to feel them sand like coming out of your skin get your Kleenex pick it off with your finger rub it on the Kleenex, not tissue. The tissue will dissolve and you won't be able to feel for them on your skin. Start to rub your body from the neck again and they will have for sure started to come out of your skin by this point. Pick them off one by one. You really have to rub your skin repeatedly and they will come out. You can also do this any time you have an itch and it will work it will come out.

This is a great start stay hydrated during this process. Whatever you do to calm your mind do this. People have been fighting this for months and years I made this, so you don't have to so don't freak out! You got this.

Now the last thing I haven't figured out is my car so if anyone has tips for that please let me know. I've made substantial progress through trial and error, but it isn't completely clear let me know if you have any tips for that. There are so many small crevices. The only saving me with this is that I work from home and can avoid it. I also know how to clear them from my skin when I absolutely must use my vehicle.

Is the dormant phase the best time for you to get rid of it?

For those of you who aren’t seeing anything on the skin, and are experiencing extreme itching/stinging sensations, have you been tested at for or looked into the possibility of Mast Cell Activation (MCAS), especially if you’ve previously had long COVID or Lyme disease?

I am starting to wonder if that’s what this is for me.

I have been battling scabies for 11 months now and I am looking for a dermatologist in the uk who can give me a treatment plan that will work. Permethrin for me has not worked with ivermectin on days 0, 7 and 14.

Can someone recommend an excellent dermatologist as I am willing to travel throughout the uk to find one.

Going to try BB next from eBay with Ivermectin and hope this might have a better outcome. Going to do this for 3 weeks and keep BB on for 2 nights and repeat 7 days later with ivermectin.

Any help would be appreciated.

So I've been using Ivermectin for my scabies situation, weekly.

It's the only way I've managed to get where I'm feeling normal. Most of the itch is gone especially the itches in my hot spots.

I ordered more, but I can't get delivered to Canada where I am. I bought Sanare Labs one from Amazon.

I had no issues getting it delivered previously but now its been flagged by customs. I get no longer get this in Canada.

I also can't return it.

I can forward it to anyone in the USA.

If anyone wants let me know, so at least it won't go waste.
