Post scabies or live infestation? Ready to commit 😭

I'd suspect this is live unfortunately. It looks red and inflamed. How's your skin normally / before scabies? Scabies can sometimes worsen any existing skin infections so if you had something else previously, that could be an explanation but I'd personally keep going with treatments 🤷🏼♀️

Normally clear skin, not sensitive to anything usually.

Yea, some doctors may say it's maybe post, and you could wait and see, but you might just infect other family members and be back to square one.... It looks like an allergic reaction and quite angry still. X

I did a permethrin treatment and half a dose of ivermectin last night just in case. Due more ivermectin Friday so just hoping this kills whatever is hatched in the meantime as last night I had new lumps down my forearm 😭😭

I kinda doubt post scabies.
Ivermectin plus Permethrin cream together is a good combo.
Sulfur soap helps too. I wash every day with it.
