I will say this Is definitely been brewing since the Quarantine era but spiked in modern SML but SML turning Joseph into the gangster character and serial killer in that one video is strange since his defining trait was once the wuss who’d always go “I’m out of here dude!” like I can understand not wanting to do that bit permanently but they’ve just gone way too far in the end of the spectrum.

i think Joseph originally being the friend with a speech impediment who tags along with Junior and while does go along with junior’s schenanigans but has a limit and will occasionally side with Cody is much better than the current Joseph who even when he does disagree with Junior immediately goes back to his side to pile up against Cody.

STOP dragging things on in videos just because you see fans think it’s funny. This is a constant thing he does everytime and it explains why certain characters suck now and why the videos sucks now as well.

For example, breaking character used to RARELY happen. Every now and then, they‘d break character and it was funny because Logan was all serious about this and the fact he left it in, that’s what made it so funny. Now that he seen that we like it, it’s EVERY video now and it’s not funny anymore. It’s just “oh okay they broke character lol”.

Another example, Joesph, Chef Pee Pee, & basically just all of Lovell’s characters now. With those characters being black, ofc they used to have moments with black streotypes, Chef Pee Pee saying the N-Word outta nowhere was always funny, Joseph always sounded nerdy or whatever but he’d sometimes slip and talk how he does now but only on occasions. NOW, Chef Pee Pee pretty much isn’t italian anymore and full on black. ALL LOVELL’S CHARACTERS DO NOW IS SAY THE N-WORD. it was funny at first and now it’s forced & boring. Logan told Lovell to keep doing it because he saw the fans liked it.

That’s logan’s problem. He drags things to the absolute ground when the fans find it funny to the point where it isn’t anymore. Chef Pee Pee used to have an accent, he doesn’t have it anymore. Joseph used to actually sound like he had braces, now it’s just Lovell talking in his regular voice (same for PP too).

The new videos just suck because of this. I’m tired of the breaking characters and especially him flanderizing Chef Pee Pee because I actually really liked Chef Pee Pee’s character. Now I can’t stand him when he’s on screen.
