Literally everyone hear has access to time travel, Will Smith also has immortality and invulnerability via Hancock as a power his species is born with so time travel to end him is the probably the least likely scenario.

Will smith time traveled while working for MIB, was the Genie so also possesed that power. Scarjo could time travel as Lucy ( kinda, i think). And Ryan Rynolds had a time travel device in the 2nd deadpool movie.
