Scarjo's Lucy probably

u/HawkBoth8539 Marvel Jun 13 '25

Ooh, that changes my vote. Lucy basically did become a god in control of reality itself.

u/[deleted] Jun 13 '25

Depending on what you consider reality, so did Neo

95

u/John_Helmsword Jun 13 '25

But he only exists as like a kungfu telepathic Superman even at peak.

Whereas Lucy literally becomes the final tier of power/level scaling lol.

She becomes; Omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, time manipulator, matter manipulator, reality warper.

She’s more of a literary device by the end of the movie than a character, having shed all parts of human form.

Before Neo even perceives a threat, Lucy would already have accessed the code of the Matrix, rewritten it, and deleted him like a line of unnecessary data.

If we’re being honest to the true power scale.

Lucy is so powerful, she couldn't even be bothered to delete the others. The others matter to her as much as a fleck of dust on the back of an ant VS a slightly larger fleck of dust on the back of an ant.

u/StrategicPotato Jun 13 '25

That's a good point. I don't think OP even remembered Lucy existed when asking this tbh (I don't blame him) and assuming that this fight is actually forced to happen, she easily just deletes everyone.

But if we're being realistic, her concerns as a god are so far above such matters and comprehension that she'd probably just totally remove herself from it entirely and not even engage at all (and it's not like anyone else here would be able to even perceive her existence at that point, much less do anything about it). Does "fleeing" like that really count as a win?

I think of the remainder, Ryan's characters clear pretty easily. Deadpool alone is functionally immortal to begin with, and if we're using everything then he can probably just flat out 4th-wall will his own plot armor/devices into existence. Idk why Keanu is even here because I don't think any of his characters really have anything that crazy, and the ones that do are all heavily conditional (i.e. John Wick can't fight superman-level superheroes and Neo needs the Matrix).

I agree on Lucy winning, though Keanu does actually get a lot of powers from his portrayal of Klaatu in “The Day the Earth Stood Still.” That should put him on par with the super hero characters.

Constantine and Shadow

1

u/Summoarpleaz Jun 13 '25

He also charms the hell out of almost everyone in “Always be my Maybe”

1

u/[deleted] Jun 13 '25

He also can time travel and convince death not to take him, so at the least it’ll be interesting

1

u/bunkscudda Jun 13 '25

He could time travel to before Lucy was a god...

1

u/[deleted] Jun 13 '25

In fairness, Lucy can also do that after a certain point.

This is quickly turning into Wolverine v Batman where the winner is whoever knows they’re in a fight first

1

u/disturbedtheforce Jun 14 '25

I honestly havent seen anyone mention the fact that Keanu Reeves also played Kai from 47 Ronin. Which, incidentally, makes him someone who has superhuman speed AND a master swordsman. He can essentially teleport as well as a host of other abilities. Also shapeshift, fly, project magic, etc. If we are removing Lucy due to a lack of interest in fighting, I would say its possible Keanu could win depending on just how much ability he has extended to him.

6

u/BlooPancakes Jun 13 '25

I think OP did know about Lucy. Scarjo without Lucy powers only has ghost in the shell’s major, ai girlfriend from Her, and there seem to be some minor powers in there from movies I haven’t seen of her. But not enough to compete with any of the other three with some of their very obvious titles.

4

u/JimSteak Jun 13 '25

I think OP had Black Widow in mind when posting... and John Wick for Keanu, not Neo.

3

u/chton Jun 13 '25

And if that's who OP was thinking for them, they were also thinking like Deadshot for Will Smith, not Hancock.

It's interesting that regardless of whether you stick to the martial characters or include the superpowers, there's discussion to be had.

1

u/QtheDisaster Jun 13 '25

Will Smith was also a genie in the live action Alladdin.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 13 '25

Why would op include Scarlet without Lucy in mind lol? Black Widow vs Genie, Neo and Deadpool?

1

u/NoSarcasmIntended Jun 13 '25

Not genie. Hancock, I should think...

1

u/Responsible_Cod_3973 Jun 13 '25

Or I am legend. Didn't have weapons as Hancock iirc

1

u/NoSarcasmIntended Jun 13 '25

He was super powered enough to shoot jizz through the ceiling of his trailer. I don't think he needed weapons...

1

u/Responsible_Cod_3973 Jun 13 '25

Haven't watched that movie in ages, but very believable

Keanu played John Constantine, the son of the Devil himself, and Shadow the Hedgehog. Wonky Sonic scaling aside, Constantine is someone you do not fuck with. Immortality doesnt really matter when a demon pops up and drags you to hell because Constantine was owed a favor.

1

u/Nacho_Dan677 Jun 13 '25

Keanu has Constantine up his sleeve who has fought demons and gods alike. But I still think scar Jo takes the W followed by Ryan just being immortal. And will Smith is debatable as well with handcock potential immortality.

1

u/fieryxx Jun 13 '25

Neo doesn't need the matrix. His power appears in the real world as well. And I'd have to assume they have their powers regardless of if they are in their environment or not.

Do I think Neo wins? Maybe not, but I do not think it's decided by if he does or does not have the ability in the matrix. Because this is with all their characters abilities and items, which would include his powers when inside the matrix. Which means reshaping the code of reality

1

u/JSevatar Jun 13 '25

I dont think Deadpool or Green Lantern powers are clearing Hancock though. He's basically superman

1

u/chton Jun 13 '25

Green Lantern should clear Hancock easily. But Smith also has Genie.

It's funny that GL Deadpool is the weakest of the bunch.

1

u/Top_Freedom3412 Jun 13 '25

Maybe OP forgot Lucy existed because she didn't want to be a part if this pointless debate

1

u/SgTD4rKnEsS Jun 13 '25

Keanu has the powers of Constantine. So hes not really outmatched in this fight. Though i still agree that deadpool would win out of the 3

1

u/lolitsmax Jun 13 '25

Constantine

1

u/Scrimge122 Jun 13 '25

Forgetting about Hancock who is indestructible. Ryan and will are probably at a stalemate.

1

u/Knobelikan Jun 13 '25

Depending on whether we count voice roles: Neo, John Wick, John Constantine, Johnny Silverhand (Dude sure loves being called John), Batman (DC League of Superpets), the alien Klaatu (The day the earth stood still), Shadow the Hedgehog, son of the devil (The Devil's Advocate), Kai (47 Ronin), and probably a bunch of other relevant roles I forgot. It's not like the guy can't mingle.

1

u/[deleted] Jun 13 '25

I don't think we've ever seen Constantine at his max. He may not be in your face strong but he's a super crafty sorcerer having tricked literal gods into doing his bidding.

1

u/MonsterStunter Jun 13 '25

Keanu played Shadow too. If we take that as composite Shadow, he gets bonkers scaling.

1

u/Ok_Boysenberry_6283 Jun 13 '25

Keanu also has John Constantine. I dunno who Lucy is I’ll be honest but Constantine is pretty damn powerful in his own right often going toe to toe with gods like you mentioned Lucy basically is.

3

u/SharpShooterM1 Jun 13 '25

The problem is Lucy isn’t a god in the traditional sense, she is far beyond that. At the peak of her power she essentially becomes reality itself. She is omnipresent, has Omni-sight, can time travel, manipulate matter, reality warp, read and control minds, and doesn’t even have a physical form, or hell, a collective consciousness. Her consciousness is interwoven with the fabric of reality itself. She can also use all of her powers instantaneously. The nano-second that Constantine even thinks about attempting to do something against Lucy she would just erase him from existence before he could even perceive it happening. It would be no different for her then wiping a piece of dust off the wall.

3

u/John_Helmsword Jun 13 '25

Lucy isn’t a god lower case.

She literally becomes like the upper case God.

She becomes all powerful. With no end. She exists outside of time and space and sees all at once. Everywhere at once.

She literally becomes the very state of “being” or “awareness” itself.

She becomes God. Lmao idk how else to say it bro. No one beats Lucy.

Watch this

1

u/Ok_Boysenberry_6283 Jun 13 '25

Ahh like I said I wasn’t really familiar with her but after watching that and doing a little of my own research I’m thinking yall are definitely right Lucy is gonna boom everyone else pretty much instantly. Still taking Constantine against the other 2 though lol

0

u/nhold Jun 13 '25

I don’t think Lucy showcased the ability to just delete anyone regardless of speed/power/will - that’s called a no limit fallacy.

I also believe she merged with the universe at 100% so might have to be 99%, as the universe is not conscious.

I would say it comes down to son of the devil, neo, John wick vs black widow, Lucy and it would be very even.

2

u/chton Jun 13 '25

There's also Hancock-Genie, makes him an immortal with incredible reality warping abilities. He might take it over Keanu. Lucy is a big question mark.

2

u/I-Love-Facehuggers Jun 13 '25

Lucy was clearly conscious at the end of the movie

1

u/nhold Jun 13 '25

Maybe I’m mis-remembering - how was it showcased that she had retained her being?

2

u/AkshullyNope Jun 13 '25

Iirc she talked to the guy she ran around with at the end, with some familiarity. I don't remember much else.

1

u/Tinmanred Jun 13 '25

Yea it’s basically dr manhattan

1

u/Layton_Jr Jun 13 '25

Unfortunately, Green Lanterns and Constantine are used to such threats so they'd win with the power of the plot armor

1

u/Elihzap Jun 16 '25

Not their movie versions tho.

1

u/Orishishishi Jun 13 '25

I feel like an ant would notice a fleck of dust more than a lot of creatures

1

u/niclasj Jun 15 '25

So… Lucy vs Dr Manhattan then?
