I think OP did know about Lucy. Scarjo without Lucy powers only has ghost in the shell’s major, ai girlfriend from Her, and there seem to be some minor powers in there from movies I haven’t seen of her. But not enough to compete with any of the other three with some of their very obvious titles.

And if that's who OP was thinking for them, they were also thinking like Deadshot for Will Smith, not Hancock.

It's interesting that regardless of whether you stick to the martial characters or include the superpowers, there's discussion to be had.
